A client approached us with the problem that their weekly updates weren’t propagating to all of their systems until three days after the changes were made. Not only were they experiencing a 50% loss in data quality each week, the penalties for non-compliance were significant.

Fusebox addressed the issue from a process perspective and implemented a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to solve the problem. Within two months, every client system was able to immediately read the most recent data available. Not only did we solve the problem, we leveraged the solution across all affiliates through some easy to implement secure SOAP web service calls. The return on investment is now approaching 1,000%.
